At SensitHaptics, we stand behind the precision and quality of our haptic hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the device and all original accessories back into the anti-static packaging and original box to ensure delicate electronic sensors are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the hardware integrity and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
